To produce a concrete-substitutive formed product capable of effectively utilizing a clinker ash produced in large amount from a thermal power station, etc., together with a fly ash and having the problem on disposal.
This formed body consists mainly of the sieved particles of the clinker ash as a main aggregate and is obtained by caking the particles with a phenol resin-based binder. In this producing method, the clinker ash is sieved by a screen having 10-40 mesh screen mesh to use the sieved particles as the main aggregate, and a hardening auxiliary agent of a two-pack type, phenol resin-based binder is added to the aggregate, and they are primarily mixed, then a main agent is added to the kneaded material and the mixture is formed into a desired shape and hardened.
