PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete transport vehicle which can be operated easily, precisely and safely even in narrow sites such as a tunnel and the like.SOLUTION: A concrete transport vehicle 10 comprises: a crawler type traveling part 12 provided with a platform 22; a driving source 14 installed at the platform 22; a right-cylinder shaped agitator drum 16 installed at the platform 22, provided so as to be long in a horizontal direction along a traveling direction of the crawler type traveling part 12, having a concrete discharge opening 36 at one end, and an end of which on a side of the discharge opening 36 is extended so as to protrude from an end of the crawler type traveling part 12; a front end operation seat 18 installed on a front end side of a vehicle body, being the end on the side of the discharge opening 36 of the agitator drum 16, and provided at one side part or both side parts at the end on the side of the discharge opening 36 of the agitator drum 16; and an operation switch 20 for performing remote control for at least moving and stopping the crawler type traveling part 12, at the front end operation seat 18.
