This concrete vibrator 1 includes a vibrator body 2 and a vertically elongated guide plate 3 arranged parallel to the vibrator body 2 in the axial direction. The guide plate 3 is disposed in such a manner that the long side thereof is positioned along the axis of the vibrator body 2, and the portion thereof which is positioned further on the front end side than the maximum width part 3c of the guide plate 3 is gradually reduced in width toward the front end and the portion thereof which is positioned further on the base end side than the maximum width part 3c is gradually reduced in width toward the base end.
