PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain the activity of an ion exchanger at a high level by providing an ion exchanger layer which includes an ion changeable ion exchanger and providing a non-ion exchangeable ventilation layer on one side of the ion exchanger layer and providing a dust preventive film layer on the other side of the ion exchanger layer.
SOLUTION: There is provided an ion exchanger layer 1 which comprises ion fibers 1a wherein a nonflammable binder is formulated. A plaster board 2-made non-ion exchangeable ventilation layer 2 is provided on one side of the ion exchanger layer 1. A dust preventive film layer 3 is provided on the other side of the ion exchanger layer 1 by coating the other surface of the ion exchanger layer with a teflon thin film 3a. In the case when a concrete wall coating body is used, the dust preventive layer 3 is nailed with a concrete wall W with the dust preventive film layer is laid out inside a clean room. The ion exchangeable ventilation layer 2 is easy to handle and fixed with a nail easily since the plaster board 2a is employed in structure.
