Title:
CONCURRENT COOLING AND HEATING AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04268174
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform a concurrent cooling and heating operation with two different systems and realize these operations at a low cost.

CONSTITUTION: Heat source devices 3 to 6 capable of changing-over a cooling operation and a heating operation are provided. A northern system is comprised of heat sources 5 and 6 and a piping 8 connected to all indoor devices 10 and 11. A southern system is comprised of heat source devices 3 and 4 and a piping 9 connected to all indoor devices 10 and 11. During an intermediate period where a cooling requirement and a heating requirement are merged, one of the northern and southern systems is performed for its cooling operation and the other system is operated for its heating operation. Each of the indoor devices 10 and 11 is operated such that a changing-over valve 31 is changed over to the piping 8 or 9 in the system of the air conditioning operation to be desired. At the intermediate period, even in the case that an air conditioning state different from that of the main system, the different air conditioned air in response to the two systems can be supplied. In addition, since an opening or closing valve is not required at the connection part between the heat sources 3 to 6 and the pipings 8 and 9, the systems can be realized under a low cost.
