In the dry type garbage treatment apparatus, a plurality of condensation pipes for communicating the chamber before the condensation part and the chamber after the condensation part of a moisture content removal means are provided. When the chamber before the condensation part and the chamber after the condensation part are connected by the screw member, the condensation pipe is positioned between the chamber before the condensation part and the chamber after the condensation part while seal members are interposed at both ends of the condensation pipe. The condensation pipe is assembled by tightening of the screw member.
