Abstract:

To provide an organic light-emitting element having high-efficiency and high-luminance optical output and also high durability.

The organic light-emitting element is constituted of an anode, a cathode and a layer comprising an organic compound nipped between the anode and the cathode, and the layer comprising the organic compound contains at least one kind of a condensed ring aromatic compound represented by general formula [I] (wherein, R1 to R14 are each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a substituted or nonsubstituted aralkyl group, a substituted or nonsubstituted aryl group, a substituted or nonsubstituted heterocyclic group, a substituted amino group or a halogen atom).
