Title:
CONDENSER FOR EVAPORATIVE COOLING TYPE ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6183434
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make an oil cooler miniaturizable as well as to use a refrigerant storing part combinedly as a housing part for the oil cooler, by housing and setting up a heat exchange pipe for the oil cooler in the refrigerant storing part of a lower tank for a condenser. CONSTITUTION:Vapor produced in an engine body flows in from an upper tank 21 and is condensed at a core part 23, then temporarily stored in a refrigerant storing part 25 of a lower tank 22. On the other hand, since high temperature oil of lubricating oil or the like passes through a heat exchange pipe 31 for oil cooler use, a liquid phase refrigerant under temperature in and around a boiling point is boiled up on a surface of the heat exchange pipe 31, thereby cooling the lubricating oil inside so efficiently. The vapor produced hereat floats upward speedily as being turned to air bubbles because the heat exchange pipe 31 is formed in flat platelike, and it is condensed inside the core part 23 together with another vapor flowing in from the side of the upper tank 21.
