To provide a condenser capable of extending the width of a stable range in a charge graph.
In the condenser 1, a condensation section outlet header part 11 is provided in a first header tank 4. The bottom end of a second header tank 5 is positioned lower than the bottom end of a first header tank 4, while the top end thereof is positioned upper than the bottom end of the first header tank 4. A supercooling section inlet header part 12 is provided in a part of the second header tank 5, which is positioned lower than the bottom end of the first header tank 4. The second header tank 5 doubles as a liquid reserving part 2. The interior of the condensation section outlet header part 11 of the first header tank 4 is communicated to a part of the interior of the second header tank 5, which is positioned upper than the bottom end of the first header tank 4, through a communication part 21. A guide 27 is provided inside the second header tank 5 to guide downward a liquid phase principal refrigerant that flows into the liquid reserving part 2 through the communication part 21.
