PURPOSE: To obtain a small-size condensing unit, improved efficiently in the condensing capacity without increasing the size and the power consumption of the same, by a method wherein a fan motor is fixed to pipes, arranged from a compressor to a condenser.
CONSTITUTION: Pipelines 9, provided between a compressor 2 and a fin condenser 3, are extended and wire members 10 are welded to both sides of the pipelines 9 for the purpose of fixing a fan motor 5 and improving the dissipation of heat while one part of the wire member 10 is bent so as to have U-shape and is fixed to an unit base 1 through screws and the like. When a condensing unit is operated, refrigerant flows into the pipes 3a of the fin condenser 3 from the compressor 2 through the pipelines 9. When a fan motor 5 is driven to rotate a fan 7, air flows through the fin condenser 3 and the outside of the pipeline 9 while heat exchange is effected between refrigerant, flowing through the pipelines 9, and the air whereby the heat exchanging property of the refrigerant is improved.
