PURPOSE: To improve condensing capability by accomodating a condenser and a fan in a box-shaped unit base, and providing a damper comprising a shape storing alloy that is deformed such that resistance against an air flow on an air passage is reduced at high temperature and an air direction plate comprising a shape high alloy inclined in the direc, in the direction of a compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A condenser 16, a fan 19, and a blade 20 are accomodated in a box-shaped unit base 15. Hereby, a condensing unit is miniaturized. Further, when fresh air temperature is higher or when a freezing load is increased,,air temperature at an outlet of the condenser is raised and a damper 18 comprising a shape memory mounted through a support bar 17 detects air temperature at the outlet of the condenser is closed around a center line so as to increase the amount of air and such that resistance against air on the air passage is reduced for increasing condensation capability. Furtljer, a shape memory alloy air direction plate 22 fixed onto the unit base 15 detects exhaust temperature and is inclined in the direction of the compressor to cool the compressor 11.
