Abstract:
To monitor a secular change in a preset torque value of a drive part of an electrically-driven valve drive device.SOLUTION: A worm wheel 9 is rotated by a cylindrical worm 8 which is fitted to a worm shaft 3 to be rotated by a motor 4, in a non-rotatable and axially slidable manner, such that a valve body can be opened/closed. A thrust bearing 18 capable of receiving a radial load and a thrust load is provided in one end of the worm shaft, and a radial bearing 19 capable of receiving a radial load is provided in the other end of the worm shaft. An outer ring of the thrust bearing is fixed into an adapter 31 which is provided on a side face of a housing 6, and a one-end-side elastic body 16 is provided between one end side of the worm shaft and one end side of the cylindrical worm. Another-end-side elastic body 17 is provided between the other end side of the worm shaft and the other end side of the cylindrical worm. A torque sensor 37 is provided for detecting a load torque from an axial moving amount of the cylindrical worm and on a side face of the adapter, a distortion gauge 41 is provided for detecting a thrust.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
