The conditioning equipment 9 includes a port block 10 and a container 20. Two first and second ports 11, 12 are formed in the port block 10, compressed air is supplied from a primary side pipe connected to one port 11, and compressed air flows out from the other port 12. The container 20 includes a cylindrical container body 31 having transparency, and a coating layer 32 having transparency, tightly attached to the outer surface of the container body 31 and forming the container 20 with the container body 31, and is of a double structure of the container body 31 and the coating layer 32 tightly attached to the outside of the container body 31.
