Abstract:
To provide mutual conductance stable against temperature fluctuation in a conductance circuit for constituting an amplifier and a filter.
An input signal is converted into a current by a first conductance circuit 33 and a signal current is inputted to a second conductance circuit 39. Bias current sources 37 and 38 for deciding the input impedance of the second conductance circuit 39 are provided. The output of the first conductance circuit 33 is amplified by the mutual conductance equivalent to the ratio of the current value of the current sources and the bias current source 18 of a differential amplifier and the current is outputted through a current mirror circuit 21.
