To provide a conductive belt which is used as an intermediate transfer belt of a color image forming device of wet developing system, has a proper flexibility in the thickness direction on the outer surface, therefore, has excellent transfer property of a toner image from an electrostatic latent image retainer and excellent transfer property to a body to be transferred, permits the wear or the peeling of a surface layer to be suppressed and has excellent durability.

A base layer, an elastic layer and the surface layer are laminated in this order, wherein the base layer has tensile elastic modulus of ≥2,000 Mpa and surface electric resistivity of ≥106 Ω/square and ≤1011 Ω/square, the elastic layer has JIS A hardness of ≤70 and volume resistivity of ≥108 Ω/cm and ≤1012 Ω/cm and the surface layer has complex elastic modulus of 250 ≤Mpa.
