Conductive thread 32 forming the conductive brush has an internally arranged conductive part 38 and a nonconductive part 39 covering the circumference of the conductive part 38. Respective conductive parts 38 are nearly elliptically sectioned and arranged radially by uniting respective base end parts in the center of the section of the conductive thread 32 and extending respective tips at equal intervals in mutually different directions at the tip parts of the respective conductive parts 38, approach parts 38a whose coverings by the nonconductive part 39 are thin and which are close to the surfaces of the conductive thread 32 are provided respectively. Electricity flows from the surface of the conductive thread 32 to the conductive parts 38 easier at the approach parts 38a than at any other part.
