To provide an electroconductive coating composition capable of forming an antistatic coating film on the surface of a protective film of a display element, and a method of manufacturing a coating film using the same.
The conductive coating composition of the invention comprises 1-30 wt.% of an aqueous dispersion of polyethylene dioxythiophene, 5-15 wt.% of a water soluble binder resin, 0.2-10 wt.% of a melamine resin, 6-40% of an alcohol solvent, 5-30 wt.% of an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of dimethyl sulfoxide, propylene glycol methyl ether, N-methylpyrrolidine, ethyl 3-ethoxypropionate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, butylcarbitol and mixtures thereof, and 10-50 wt.% of water. The coating method comprises a step of coating the electroconductive coating composition to a substrate and a step of drying the coated composition.
