Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive coating liquid which can keep unevenness of a base material because of forming a conductive coating layer with uniform film thickness even when applied onto a base material with unevenness, and can exhibit conductivity in the same level as the case where the coating liquid is applied onto a base material without unevenness.SOLUTION: A conductive coating liquid contains 1-20 wt.% of a conductive resin (a) in the total solid content, 20-98.9 wt.% of a non-conductive resin (b) in the total solid content and 0.1-60 wt.% of a leveling agent (c) in the total solid content, where a solid content ratio of the leveling agent (c) with respect to the conductive resin (a) is 0.1-3, surface resistivity when the conductive coating liquid with a film thickness of 0.05 μm is applied onto a base material with Ra of 0.2 μm is 5 times or less as large as surface resistivity when the conductive coating liquid with a film thickness of 0.05 μm is applied onto a base material with Ra of 0.02 μm, and the conductive coating liquid is used for applied to a surface of a roughened body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
