Abstract:
To provide a conductive composition having three following characteristics: (1) excellent in conductivity of a conductor obtained by sintering; (2) contributing to productivity improvement of a composite body of a ceramic and a conductor; and (3) excellent in adhesion with a ceramic when a composite body of the ceramic and a conductor is manufactured by a co-fire method.SOLUTION: A conductive composition contains metallic powder, a binder resin and a dispersion medium, has the total concentration of Si, Ti, Al and Zr of 1,000-10,000 mass ppm, has an arithmetic average roughness Ra in a coating direction by a contact-type surface roughness tester of a coated film after the conductive composition has been coated onto a slide glass on the predetermined condition and dried of 0.2 μm or less, and has a volume shrinkage at 650°C when a green compact is molded from powder obtained by crushing the coated film and the green compact is measured by TMA measurement on the predetermined condition of 15% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
