Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a conductive film and a touch panel with good long-term storage stability. The conductive film (1) comprises a transparent substrate (3), a transparent conductive layer (5), a copper layer (6) and an oxide film layer (7) sequentially in a vertical direction, wherein a water contact angle of an upper surface of the oxide film layer (7) is 70° or more.
