Abstract:
To provide a conductive film capable of manufacturing at a low cost and keeping the quality such as the electric performance of an electronic component by preventing electrostatic charge to the electronic component in application to a tray for the electronic component.
This conductive film is prepared by laminating a carbon layer 3 mainly comprising carbon powder on one surface of a synthetic resin layer 2, and the synthetic resin layer 2 is arranged so as to come in contact with one surface on the housing side of a tray 4 for the electronic component on one surface of the tray 4 for the electronic component.
