Title:
CONDUCTIVE FINE POWDER OF HIGH DISPERSIBILITY, AND ITS APPLICATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008140605
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a conductive fine powder dispersion liquid having high dispersibility and excellent conductivity in a wide pH region from an acid region to an alkaline region, its coating composition, and a transparent conductive membrane.

The conductive fine powder dispersion liquid is obtained by dispersing conductive fine powder having no isoelectric point in a range of pH 2 to 12 into water, alcohol, or an organic solvent except alcohol together with either one kind of an ionic dispersant, a nonionic dispersant, a polymer based dispersant, a fluorine based dispersant, or an amphoteric compound based dispersant, or two or more kinds thereof. The conductive fine powder is preferably tin oxide fine powder containing 0.1 to 5 wt.% of phosphorous and 10 to 5,000 ppm of nitrogen. The cumulative weight 95% average particle diameter [D95] of the conductive powder is preferably 250 nm or less in the dispersion liquid. The coating composition and its transparent conductive membrane are obtained by mixing the dispersion liquid into thermosetting resin or ultraviolet curing resin so that the content ratio of resin to the conductive finer powder can be 0.1 to 10.
