Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately obtain a flow rate output without error due to temperature by altering the flow rate limiting range in an automatic control system by detecting the temperature of the conductive fluid. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic pump 4 is supplied with electric power through a breaker 1a, and electromagnetic switch 2a and a voltage regulator 3. The regulator 3 varies the output of the pump 4 by altering the applied voltage of the pump 4. The detection signal of an electromagnetic flowmeter 11 is compared by a comparator 15b via a flow rate converter 12 with the set flow rate value from a set signal generator 13. The deviation at this time is inputted via a flow rate control arithmetic unit 14 and the like to an induction motor 6, the regulator 3 is regulated, and the applied voltage of the pump 4 is controlled. The output of a temperature detector 17 is inputted via a function generator 18 to a flow rate control arithmetic unit 14, and the flow rate limiting range in the automatic control system can be altered in response to the temperature.
