The conductive fluoro-copolymer composition contains a fluoro-copolymer (A) containing polymer units (a) based on tetrafluoroethylene, polymer units (b) based on ethylene, and polymer units (c) based on a polycarboxylic acid anhydride having a polymerizable unsaturated bond, at a molar ratio of (a)/(b) of 20/80 to 80/20 and at a molar ratio of (c)/{(a)+(b)} of 1/1,000 to 5/100, and a conductive filler (B), with the mass ratio of (A)/(B) being 70/30 to 99/1.
