PURPOSE: To obtain a conductive footware which facilitates use maintenance and preservation with a low cost by mounting both end parts of a flexible conductive sheet on upper and lower surfaces of a sole plate of a footware.

CONSTITUTION: A conductive, sheet 4 is made from a synthetic paper or a vinyl resin having softness and strength. The sheet is folded back at an intermediate part thereof, the folded part 11 is retained at an end rim part 12 on the side of the rear end of working shoes 3 and arranged on the one end side 13 and the top surface of a sole plate 5 while the other end side 14 thereof is arranged to be mounted on the undersurface of the sole plate 5. Then, when the conductive shoes 1 thus obtained are worn, a foot is placed on a collecting land with a low resistance on the one end side 13 and static electricity accumulated on a human body is collected onto the collecting land 8. The static electricity thus collected sent out to a discharge land 9 on the undersurface of the sole plate passing outside the end rim part 12 via a connection land 10 and released to a floor and the ground from the discharge land 9.
