To provide a conductive material composition having excellent conductivity and dispersibility.SOLUTION: The foregoing problem is solved by a conductive material composition containing a carbon material (A) and an organic material (B) having a difference in ionization potential from the carbon material (A) of 0.2 eV or less. In the conductive material composition, the organic material (B) may be a phthalocyanine compound.
