Title:
CONDUCTIVE MEMBRANE AND COATING LIQUID FOR FORMING CONDUCTIVE MEMBRANE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3402215
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive membrane whose initial surface resistance is low at 102-103 Ω/unit area level, which is excellent in heat resistant, moisture resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance, and which maintains a low resistance for a long term, and has a good visible light permeability.
SOLUTION: Aqueous solution (A) containing one kind of or more of metallic salt selected from a group of Au, Pt, Ir, Pd, Ag, Rh, Ru, Os, Re, and Cu is mixed with aqueous solution (B) containing a citric acid ion and a primary iron ion in nitrogen gas flow at, 25-95°C; to deposit a coating liquid for forming a conductive membrane that contains an alloyed Ag-Pd fine particles. Then, a substrate is coated with the coating liquid to form a fine particle film thereon. Thereafter, a silica-based coating is formed thereon.
