Abstract:

To manufacture a laminated ceramic electronic component which has excellent characteristics and is constituted in a structure that even though the color tones of inner electrodes and ceramic green sheets are approximated to each other, the electrode patterns of the inner electrodes can be vividly grasped by an image processing and a high-accuracy laminating of the ceramic green sheets is contrived.

A laminated ceramic electronic component is constituted in a structure that inner electrodes 11a, 11b... are printed on the sheet surfaces of ceramic green sheets 10a, 10b... with a conductive paste containing conductive metal scales having the size of the biaxial average diameter: 1 to 4 μm, the average thickness: 0.5 to 0.1 μm and the ratio of the biaxial average diameter/the average thickness: 1/2 to 40 as its main component. When the ceramic green sheets are laminated, the electrode patterns of the inner electrodes are found by an image processing from the difference between the contrasts at the inner electrodes and the sheet surfaces due to reflected light by a light irradiation. According to this, the following ceramic green sheets are laminated in order.
