Abstract:
To provide conductive particles having macromolecular conductive film on surfaces of particles superior in conductivity.
This conductive particles 4 are provided with particle main bodies 1 and conductive film 3 coating the particle main body 1. The conductive film 3 is composed of an oxidation polymerization reactant of aromatic compound. Surface treatment with organic compound containing ionic functional group is applied on the surface of the particle main body 1. A graft copolymer layer 2 is preferably formed by the surface treatment.
