Title:
CONDUCTIVE PASTE AND CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3799933
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste containing no Pb glass eliminating heat generation in a ceramic sintered body and a ceramic electronic part with a thick electrode formed by using the same.
SOLUTION: The conductive paste contains conductive Ag powder, glass powder, and a vehicle and virtually has no Pb. The glass powder contains more than one alkali earth metal components selected from Ca, Sr, and Ba, Bi components, and B component. When each of the components is represented as oxide MO (MO: sum of CaO, SrO, and BaO), Bi2O3, and B2O3, respectively, they are in the range of 30<MO≤40 mol%, 10≤Bi2O3≤60 mol%, and 10≤B2O3≤60 mol% to glass composition 100 mol%.
