Abstract:

To perform stable long-time drive by preventing deformation which is generated at the long-time drive in a conductive polymer actuator.

There is provided the conductive polymer actuator which is constituted of a porous polymer layer which includes an electrolyte and is composed of a porous polymer, a hydrophilic group layer which is positioned in a portion where the hydrophilic group layer contacts with the porous polymer, and includes the porous polymer, a hydrophilic group and the conductive polymer which exists in a hole of the porous polymer, a conductive polymer layer which is positioned in a portion where the conductive polymer layer contacts with the hydrophilic group layer and includes the conductive polymer, an electrode which contacts with the conductive polymer layer, and a power supply which applies a voltage to the electrode.
