Abstract:
To provide a conveying conductive polyurethane belt which can stably materialize a belt surface resistivity () of 1108 or below and is excellent in appearance and a method for producing the belt.
A lengthy belt 4 is molded by a molding means using a thermoplastic polyurethane resin incorporated with a carbon or metal conductive filler. The front and/or back of the belt are/is irradiated with infrared rays from an infrared irradiation apparatus 3 to heat the belt. The maximum temperature of the surface of the belt is preferably 100-150C.
