Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination from a layer inside an outermost layer, in a conductive roller having a surface layer on which surface layer water base point is applied and dried.SOLUTION: A conductive roller 10 comprises: a shaft 11; an elastic layer 12 formed in the outer periphery of the shaft 11; and a surface layer 13 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the elastic layer 12. The surface layer comprises a plurality of layers 13a, 13b containing a layer on which water base paint is applied and dried. The outermost layer 13b is made by applying and drying water base paint containing crosslinking agent of a block isocyanate compound.
