Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a conductive rubber composite which has an excellent acid resisting property, conductivity, and anti-migration property, and has an excellent conductivity against a bending.
CONSTITUTION: This conductive rubber composite-is shown as a general expression AgxCu1-x. (where 0.01≤x≤0.4. and x is the atomic ratio). Furthermore, it has the total sum 5 to 30 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane having at least one sort of specific frames, and an organopolysiloxane having a specific frame, to 100 pts.wt. of conductive powder which consists of a copper powder having the silver density at the particle surface higher than the mean silver density, and has an area increasing the silver density near the surface.
