Title:
CONDUCTIVE SHEET HAVING CONDUCTOR PATTERN FORMED ON BASE WITH MANY PORES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000341032
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To make an electronic component thinner and shorter and to make wiring finer, and to lower the price, to save resources and to clear environmental problems at the same time by forming a conductive pattern on a base having many pores and forming the joining part of components such as IC chips and an antenna circuit as a single body.

A pattern is formed of a fluorescent agent on a base material made of a mesh sheet obtained by knitting chemical fiber, a porous sheet of woven fabric or nonwoven fabric of natural fiber or a porous thin plate, or a combination of these materials and ways of knitting, and a photosensitive agent is plated with copper to obtain a conductive pattern. Consequently, a conductive circuit is formed which is electrically conductive to the top and reverse sides of the base made of the sheet with many pores, fiber, or yarn and the base is arranged at an intermediate part of the thickness direction, so the fine pattern never peels off and the flexible conductive pattern is formed. An IC chip 11 is fixed on the woven or nonwoven fabric 10 and the joining part 13 of the antenna circuit 12 and the IC chip are formed in one body.
