To provide a conductive terminal and extra fine wire cable connecting structure capable of being easily manufactured at low cost and reducing terminal work man-hour.
At first, symmetrical two tips 3, 4 made of a conductive plate material, having a flat part at the lower tip of a conductive terminal 1 as viewed from the front of the conductive terminal 1 are formed, two plane parts 5, 6 vertical to the tips 3, 4 are formed to prevent breaking of wire, two R- shaped contact parts 8, 9 are formed symmetrically as viewed from the side surface of the conductive terminal 1 so as to prevent breakage of wire and perform smooth insertion, and a vertical parallel groove 7 is formed between the R-shaped contact parts 8, 9. Next, the conductive terminal 1 is press-fit to a covered electric wire 10 inserted into a V-shaped covered wire insertion hole 12 having a V-shaped groove angle (a) of 30-80° previously arranged in a plug housing 13, and connected to the conductive body 11 of the covered electric wire 10.
