Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument capable of continuously controlling the hydrochloric acid concentration of a final pickling tank among plural pickling tanks constituting continuous pickling equipment.
SOLUTION: This instrument 1 for continuous measurement of oxygen concentration is constituted by combining a main body 3 which has a flow passage 2 to continuously pass a pickling liquid housed in the pickling tank to one direction, a densitometer 4 which is installed in this main body 3 and continuously measures the pickling liquid flowing in the flow passage 2, a thermometer 5, a conductivity meter 6 and an arithmetic unit 14 which computes the oxygen concentration of the pickling liquid in accordance with the results of the measurement. The conductivity meter 6 has a detecting part in which the acid liquid to be measured passes. The inside surface and base surface of the detecting part are formed toward a direction intersecting with both of a horizontal direction and a perpendicular direction.
