The conductor cutting device includes reacting parts 52, 53 inducing reaction of a reactant, thin film cutting members 63, 64 formed on surfaces of the reacting parts 52, 53 and thin film conductors 61, 62 formed on the surfaces of the reacting parts 52, 53 so as to at least partially superpose on the thin film cutting members 63, 64. The thin film cutting members 63, 64 automatically deform at a temperature higher than the prescribed temperature higher than that at which the reacting parts 52, 53 induce reaction of the reactant to at least partially peel off the thin film conductors 61, 62.
