To provide a conductor monitor for a power receiving and distributing facility capable of efficiently monitoring individual bus-bars by automatically setting a thermal model of the bus-bar.
The conductor monitor for the power receiving and distributing facility includes: a bus-bar surface temperature measuring means 11 installed on the power receiving and distributing facility; an ambient air temperature measuring means 12; a bus-bar current value measuring means 13; an arithmetic unit 20; and a memory device 30. After the bus-bar temperature, a current value and the ambient air temperature in a normal state of the power receiving and distributing facility are measured to calculate reference parameters r, r specifying the thermal model of the bus bar, the bus-bar temperature, the current value and the ambient air temperature during operation of the power receiving and distributing facility are measured to calculate operation parameters x, x specifying the thermal model of the bus-bar, and the abnormality determination of the bus bars is performed by comparison between the operation parameters x, x and the reference parameters r, r.
