PURPOSE: To enable a conductor, which can be connected to a ready-made electric pulse generator, to perform an electromassage treatment of a scalp surface without being prevented by hair and to enable a plurality of scattered 'pressure points' to be treated at the same time.

CONSTITUTION: A connection plug 1 to be connected to an electric pulse generator 8, an electrode 3 to be connected through the connection plug 1 and lead lines 2 to one of the lead lines 2, and an electrode 4 is connected to one of the lead lines 2b. An elastic member 6 with the electrode 4 laid on the top surface of a substrate 5 or on the upper portion thereof is provided with a plurality of electrode pins 7, predetermined electrode pins among the electrode pins 7 being made conductive one another and connected to the lead line 2b, thereby enabling a treatment with a plurality of electrode pins 7 directly contacting the scalp surface at their pointed ends.
