The conduit device comprises a conduit member arranged in horizontal, and a brush movable in the conduit member while rotating around an axis. The brush is normally located in the longitudinal midway of the conduit member, and it is moved from the midway to the introduction side end of the conduit member and from the midway to the exhaust side end of the conduit member while rotating during cleaning operation.
