PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit material attachment structure at a special part such as an electric wire common groove, capable of attaching the conduit material to a gable wall with a short construction period and with a stable construction quality without requiring experience and skill for attachment of the conduit material to the gable wall, and of freely and easily increasing and decreasing a conduit.SOLUTION: A socket 12 having a cylindrical main body 12a, the main body 12a being a conduit port communicating between a pit outside and a pit inside of a gable wall W, is buried in the gable wall W. A hole cap 14 having a cylinder part 14a fitted and inserted into the main body 12a of the socket 12 is attached to and detached from the socket 12 from the pit outside to close and open a pit outside end surface of the socket 12. An adapter 16 consisting of a pair of half-split cylinder bodies 16a surrounding an outer periphery of a connection side end part of a conduit material P connected with the conduit port, and fixed to the outer periphery of the end part, is fixed to the conduit material P and inserted into the main body 12a of the socket 12 from the pit outside, and thereby, the conduit material P is connected with the conduit port.
