To provide novel, soft and sanitary confectionery with three-dimensional patterns efficiently formed in a short time through a simple automatic production process, having flavor inherent in dough, excellent in palatability and a design property, and having homogeneous product quality, optional various kinds of shapes, and a plurality of colors, to provide an apparatus for producing the confectionery, and to provide a method for producing the confectionery.
The confectionery with three-dimensional patterns is obtained through the following process: discharging out a plurality of colored dough 1a, 2a to which edible pigments each different in color tone are added before heated and which have appropriate fluidity respectively through different nozzles 11, 12 in series to gradually form desired three-dimensional patterns M; discharging out dough 3a composed of a mixture of at least liquid oil, wheat flour and sugar and having appropriate fluidity through another nozzle 31 at the periphery of the three-dimensional pattern M to form a cup dough S with a three-dimensional pattern which is shaped into an almost circular board, an elliptic or oval board, or a rounded square polygonal board; and thereafter baking or steaming the dough with a heating means 40.
