To provide a framework that allows participants in a meeting to easily search and correct their own statements using an appropriate authority, while minimizing the operations of the participants.
The speaker of each statement is identified based on the speaker's acoustic feature quantity in speech voice at a meeting, direction information, and the like. A correction authority setting unit 107 provides each statement with an appropriate speech correction authority according to reliability at that time. Also, a voice data search unit 111 and a voice correction unit 112 for easily searching and correcting voice after recording are provided so that a conference participant can correct conference voice after the conference with ease and with an appropriate authority. This makes it possible for the participants to have a free discussion while recording and/or sharing appropriate conference voice with minimum operation.
