A conference room reservation management device 1 includes: notice processing means 10 for retrieving reservation information in which the utilization end time is before the present time from a reservation DB 13 with respect to the reservation information with a dropped utilization end flag, and executing processing of transmitting a conference room leaving notice for urging leaving from the conference room to a contact address of the retrieved reservation information every time the stipulated unit time elapses; and end processing means 11 for, when an end request indicating that the utilization of the conference room is to be ended is received from a portable terminal 2 to which the conference room leaving notice has been transmitted, disconnecting a line with the portable terminal 2 and then updating the reservation DB 13 so as to raise the utilization end flag of the reservation information retrieved by the notice processing means 10.
