Abstract:
To provide a conference system capable of properly protecting confidential information.
A host PC newly calculates a password and stores the password to a storage device (S301). Then a display device displays the password on part of a desktop thereon (S302). In this case, a projector 108 connected to the host PC 107 projects the desktop on the screen. A user uses an entry device such as a keyboard or a mouse to enter the password projected on the screen onto a notebook PC 101, and transmits a conference participation request including the entered password to the host PC 107 (S303). The host PC compares the received password with the password stored in the step S301.
