Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference terminal which can always process the preferential information with no special operation to be consciously performed by a user during a conference even when a large quantity of video data cannot be processed due to the low calculation capability.
SOLUTION: This device is connected to a network 10 and transmits the information on the voices, images relative to a conference through the network 10. If the specific information is contained in a transmitting signal, the priority information is added (13) to the transmitting signal and sends it to a receiving terminal to request the preferential processing of the transmitting signal. The receiving terminal detects the priority information that is added to the transmitting signal and processes the information with preference in response to the request of the transmitter side.
