Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify management of secret information and to surely prevent the secret information from being robbed/wiretapped and being abused though retained secret information is stolen or tapped, by some chance. SOLUTION: Biological information from the living body of the user of the secret information is collected at a biological information collecting step S11; retaining identification information characteristics for the user are acquired from the biological information at a retaining identification information acquiring step S12; ciphering identification information is prepared by ciphering the retaining identification information by secret information at an identification information ciphering step S14; and the ciphered identification information is retained in a storing part as secret information at a secret information retaining step S15.
