Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the spool actuating force without producing hydraulic force, by operating an unloader valve by moving a spool, and opening and closing a confluent port. CONSTITUTION:When the oil is introduced into a confluent port 21 from other pump, oil flows into a spring chamber 24 through an orifice 26 and then flow into a low-pressure passage 13, so that the pressure difference is produced on the opposite sides of the orifice 26. Resultantly, an unloader valve 23 is opened and the confluent oil is returned to a tank via the low-pressure passage 13. Subsequently, when the spool 14 is moved to the right, a high-pressure passage 33 and an actuator port 11 are communicated with each other. Since, in this state, oil is not flowed through the orifice 26, the unloader valve is kept in its closed state, so that confluent oil introduced into the confluent port 21 passes through a switching port 31 into a confluent passage 32 by forcing a check valve 30 open and then oil is introduced into an actuator port 11.
