Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conformal coating agent capable of forming a cured coating film excellent in reliability by an addition reaction without causing curing inhibition in a solder flux on an electrical and electronic part and a circuit substrate loading the thereon. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane, containing at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule in which at least one of the alenyl groups is a higher alkenyl group, (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bound hydrogen atoms in one molecule and (C) a catalytic amount of a platinum-based catalyst. In this case, the asmount of the compounded component B is such that the amount of the silicon atom-bound hydrogen atoms in the component B 2-15 mol based on 1 mol alkenyl groups in the component A. The JIS A hardness specified by JIS K6301-1995 of a cured product obtained by curing the composition is 5-40.
